About My Practice
Over the years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people as they make sense of their inner world and who they are. In my private practice, I support people in understanding the influences that have shaped them, and clarifying what feels true and meaningful for them now.
I work with adults navigating stress, self-doubt, anxiety, and life transitions as they consider who they are and how they want to live. I also support adults with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, recognizing how executive functioning influences self-understanding, relationships, and coping patterns that may no longer be serving them

Across concerns, the focus remains on understanding the patterns and experiences that shape identity, relationships, and daily life. My approach draws on acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrates EMDR and somatic work when helpful.

At the heart of my work is compassion and respect. I aim to create a space where people feel understood and supported as they explore questions of identity, purpose, and the values and beliefs that matter to them.
