Sessions are 60 minutes and held via telehealth. From the first appointment, my focus is on understanding who you are and what’s brought you here. I work at your pace. You don’t need to have it figured out before we start. ​I look forward to getting to know you.

I am currently offering teletherapy for Illinois residents. I provide a free 15-minute initial consultation. Available by appointment only.

Insurance

I am in network with most major insurances. To verify if I am in network with your insurance visit Headway. If I am out of network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement. If you aren't sure if this applies to your insurance policy, I recommend calling the number on the back of your card. ​

Payment

My current out-of-pocket rate is $145 for a 60-minute teletherapy session. All major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service. Rates are subject to change.

Good Faith Estimate​

Under the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), you have the right to a good faith estimate of expected costs before receiving care. This applies if you’re uninsured or paying out of pocket. For questions or to request an estimate, ask at scheduling. Learn more here.
